4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

By using the runXpert and its services, including but not limited to the AI-generated run plans, you declare that you are medically fit to participate in running events and follow any fitness or exercise plans provided by the app. You acknowledge that the AI-generated run plans are intended as general guidance and are not tailored to your specific health needs or medical conditions.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that you consult with a healthcare professional before engaging in any exercise regimen or following a training plan, particularly if you have any pre-existing medical conditions or concerns. The use of these run plans is at your own risk, and you accept full responsibility for any injury, health issues, or consequences that may arise from following the plans.

runXpert and its owners, employees, or affiliates shall not be held liable for any injuries, health complications, or damages resulting from the use of the app or participation in any physical activity recommended by the app, including any AI-generated plans. By using the app, you agree to waive any claims or demands against runXpert and its affiliates related to your health and fitness.
